A 2,000 m2 office, repair and warehouse facility for a medical gases and supply company. All facilities are handicap accessible. The program included 800 m2 of offices, 170 m2 showroom and staff support facilities. All construction is steel frame with the warehouse clad in steel siding, the office in glazed curtain wall and the staff support areas in red sandstone.
