We have been working alongside Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) to raise the standards of affordable living communities in Ottawa for over 10 years, putting social diversity, dignity, inclusion, and sustainability at the forefront of community housing in Ottawa. As part of an 8-acre mixed-use development, the first phase of the OCH Gladstone Village, managed by ARRIV Properties, includes a 9-storey mid-rise tower and an 18-storey high-rise tower, both on an interconnected 4-storey podium with universally accessible amenities and a variety of housing sizes. The 336 new affordable units are located in the vibrant urban neighbourhood of Little Italy, close to the O-Train Trillium Line Corso Italia station, and are designed to Passive House standards to achieve significant reductions in energy consumption in line with OCH’s sustainability goals.
